CGG Phase 3 Office Building – Houston, Texas
Since 2006, Vicon has been responsible for coordinating projects, both new construction and retrofit applications, for both Nortek Air Solutions and Nailor Industries, with regard to a national developer based in Houston. We worked on the development of the revolutionary Dual-Path Air Handler Design. We also successfully assisted in the development and testing of the Tri-Path Air Handler Design. Vicon has 30+ years of experience in Building Automation / Controls providing complete system solutions for HVAC, Lighting, Critical Spaces, and Security.
Vicon has been Tridum partner for over 20 years, working with the Niagara system and using Distech Controls, an Acuity Brands subsidiary, to provide a wide range of products with a UNIFIED solution.
The Distech products provide a complete offering of OPEN-PROTOCOL products utilizing industry standards LON or BACnet communication allowing the customer to determine what suits them best. These products utilize Web-based operation, for the "Internet of Everything" approach providing the same software set of tools for ALL products to allow a simplified approach for facilities to operate and manage their systems.
Vicon additionally, offers FULL assortment Training classes to support these systems as well as basic classes for Digital Control Concepts, Laboratory and Critical Space Design Concepts to help provide continued long-term support well beyond the initial installation.
Maintenance
